The whole concept of the group is in two parts, the first being designed around business to business services, the supply of workwear, sportswear, dancewear, corporate and non corporate gifts and awards, the supply of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and the complete personalising of products. Our group of companies is based upon offering our customers a branded product, a personalised gift or branded workwear / clothing that is by its very nature exclusive and perceived by the recipient as something special.
Preferential Brands Group has the service facilities to offer our customers exclusive elements in order to turn a brand product, a personalised gift or branded workwear / clothing into something unique which has been personalised or offers a unique designs just for you.
Engraving diamond or laser, photo impact engraving, foil printing, ribbon printing, Label printing, gift wrapping and printed tags. These elements and services are designed to provide our customers with a range of options that suit their specific application.

Once artwork is signed off by you as the customer and payment is made in full by you as the purchaser then we enter into a contract for supply of the goods at the agreed stock levels, quality, design and pricing shown on the invoice and artwork proof. If either side cancel the order or any part of the order then that person would be deemed to have broken the contract.
If Preferential Brands Group incurs additional costs in respect to a specific order outside the initial agreed terms, then these additional costs will be applied and invoiced to the customer (unless we at Preferential Brands Group decide not to apply the additional charges for whatever reason)
The contract will only be deemed to be in place when clear funds are transferred by the customer and received in Preferential Brands Group bank account.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund on plain stock items if returned back to us in good order or if we are responsible for poor quality personalisation, damage or the goods are not as agreed between us both as per the artwork signoff process, including the cost of delivery.
Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in resalable condition and we will not accept any engraved or embroidered goods returned once client has approved and signed off the artwork and dispatched.
These terms apply to all orders taken by Preferential Brands Group or subsidiary companies. We may alter or change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Preferential Brands Group cannot be held responsible for third party or contracted suppliers not meeting deadlines, producing poor quality products or the damaging of any goods not under the direct control of Preferential Brands Group and no claim can be made against us as a company, but we will on behalf of our customers reclaim all costs incurred if proven to be the result of the third party or contracted suppliers.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store or contact via any of the email addresses or phone numbers provided. In respect to gifts just add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments via the secure service of PayPal.
We also accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
The steps of a sale outside online purchases are as follows:
a) - We discuss or you select a product(s)
b) - We submit a sales quote
c) - You agree to purchase
d) - We provide you with an artwork proof for you to sign off.
e) - You send written confirmation that you are happy to proceed based on the artwork & pricing provided
f) - We send you a proforma invoice
g) - You pay for the goods direct to Preferential Brands Group per instructions on the proforma invoice
h) - We press the button for production / ordering of goods
i) - We sign off proof with the printer per your signed off artwork (normally within 3 working days)
j) - The job is started after printer proof signoff by Preferential Brands Group, the order is then completed and dispatched to the shipping address you provide.
Normal deliver times are between 7 to 14 working days from start of production, but in some circumstances may take up to 28 working days dependent on stock holding and production time required.
Shipping And Handling
We ship via Royal Mail or our dedicated carrier service in order to keep the shipping costs to a minimum. You will also note that any pricing quoted does not include any shipping cost as this is added at the end of the transaction.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you between seven to fourteen business working days, but does depend on the time it takes to personalise the goods or stock holding at the time of order. International orders are generally received between fourteen and twenty eight working days, again dependent on the stock holding and time required for personalisation service.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction in the goods provided, but cannot be held responsible for any damages or poor quality products shipped out direct from our suppliers or whilst in transit after leaving our offices.
